Requirements for all employees:

• All employees will be assigned a main job position for which that they are responsible
• All jobs here at the farm will entail being able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Beyond the main job description, all employees will be expected to be flexible if needed in performing the jobs of running the store including cash register, berry train, berry check-in, greeting, sorting, re-stocking, phone, etc.
• The understanding that all positions are seasonal and weather dependent.
• Cell phone usage for emergencies/urgencies only
• The farm is a tobacco- free environment  
• One year minimum experience in agriculture
