PUMPKIN ADVENTURE:
This two hour field trip will include:
-video presentation of "The Pumpkin Circle"
-craft project
-straw maze
-hay ride
-pumpkin picking
-bee talk
Cost: $6.00/student
Field Trip Times: 10am only.
Notes: This field trip is offered only in October to groups of 25 or more students of school age. Public/private school teachers and home school coordinators are free. Parents and siblings (age 3 and under) may go on the tour at no charge, but will be expected to pay for pumpkins if picked. Siblings over age 3 will pay $6.00. Parents will be asked to help out with the tour. To make a reservation, simply click BOOK
Preschoolers: $4.00/child which includes hayride, maze, & pumpkin; on Monday afternoons only at 1pm October 18th &25th.
GUIDELINES AND POLICIES:
-"no shows" or groups canceling in less that 14 days of scheduled field trip will be billed $150.00.
-all cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made by email: bpf@qwestoffice.net
-in case of inclement weather, Tim will telephone the contact person either the day before or morning of the scheduled field trip. Every effort will be made to reschedule, but there will be no fees accessed should the field trip need to be cancelled.
-the actual tour will last 2 hours, but please allow extra time for lunch (if applicable), commute time and bathroom breaks.
